Clubs and Organizations

Your goal here is to learn. While you’ll do a lot of that in class, there are also tons of important things you can learn from participating in clubs and activities. Wherever your interests lie LHU has a club to fit. From fashion, poetry, pre-med, and fitness to competitive sports, the outdoors, gender and women’s issues, government and policy, technology, community outreach, and spiritual and faith-based groups, the options abound. In fact, LHU has over 100 clubs and organizations with members just waiting for you to get involved.

Each semester LHU hosts a club fair where you can peruse the many options available for connecting with like-minded people and enjoying your favorite pastime. Or, you can stop by the Student Involvement Office any time of the year to find out how to get involved.

LHU’s clubs and organizations offer more than an outlet from your studies, they’re a great way to build the skills and experience many employers want in an employee. Leadership, teamwork, project management, and serving the community are all highly-sought after skills. What better way to build them than by taking part in something you love?
