Lock Haven University’s Senior Leadership team is led by President Robert M. Pignatello, Ed.D. As the president he recruits and appoints senior leadership to develop and implement strategies and initiatives that help drive the overall operation and future of the institution.

Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ron Darbeau, leads the academic departments and student success initiatives within the institution.
Chief Administration and Finance Officer/Title IX Coordinator, Ms. Deana Hill, oversees Finance and Administration and leads the operations aspect of the university including facilities, information technology, human resources, and fiscal controls. In her role, she develops and implements the planning process to ensure the physical internal operations of the university run smoothly. She also serves as the Title IX lead contact for reporting information.
Vice President for Advancement Joe Fiochetta leads the communications, marketing, alumni relations and fundraising areas of the University. In his role, he develops the University brand and messaging, oversees communication and marketing strategies to support LHU’s enrollment strategy. He also leads the University’s alumni relations and fundraising efforts to build support, foster relationships, and influence growth at The Haven.
Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs, Dr. Stephen Lee, leads the recruitment and retention efforts at the University. In his role, he develops and implements an enrollment strategy to attract and retain new and current students, allowing students to achieve their higher educational goals.
