Throughout the pandemic, Lock Haven University faculty and staff have worked hard to mitigate COVID-19 on campus in many ways. Earlier this year, the university assembled a COVID Institutional Response (IR) team consisting of 13 faculty and staff members.

Lock Haven University and Kutztown University recently signed an articulation agreement to allow Kutztown psychology students to dual-enroll in graduate-level sport science courses at Lock Haven toward the pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in psychology from KU and a Master of Science in sport science from LHU.

Lock Haven University students Kara Wendling, Alexandra Paredes, and McCartney Register, were recently published in the Journal of School Health.

The Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) has announced Dr. Eric Lippincott, LHU associate professor in the Health Science Department, as their new athletic training commissioner. Lippincott will assume his seat on the commission in September.
