Dr. Gerard Martorell, Lock Haven University Business and Computer Science Department, and Dr. Steven Granich, Social Work and Counseling Department, have applied for and been accepted into the American Association of State Colleges and Universities' (AASCU) Global Civic Literacy initiative.

Brittany Cooley, a 2011 alumna from the Stephen Poorman College of Business, Information Systems and Human Services at Lock Haven University, recently returned to campus on April 3 to speak about mental health awareness.
