Student employment is very important to the success of Lock Haven University.  Student employment is not only valuable to the students who benefit from the pay and work experience, but also to the various university departments that depend on students to assist with their operation. It is very important that students who are employed or are seeking employment at Lock Haven University read the Student Employment Practices

Employment Forms*

Supervisor/Timekeepers must access the student employment forms via DocuSign.  Please log into your DocuSign account, click on Templates, then click on Shared with Me.

You will be able to access the template that includes the required employment paperwork and/or the template to process a Fund Center Change  depending on the situation for the student you selected to begin working in your department.   

*Note: New or rehired students may not begin work until all employment forms are complete, all three required background clearances results are returned and they receive Docusign email from the payroll office saying they are cleared to begin working.
