Fairview Suites is Lock Haven University's newest residence hall, and is the only option on campus for suite-style rooms. The building, which is open to all students, features two different styles of suites, a private two bedroom suite, and a shared one bedroom suite.
Because Fairview Suites is on-campus housing, you are required to have a meal plan. The building is less than a block away from LHU’s Bentley Dining Hall.

Dimensions
In shared suites, there is a common bedroom measuring 11'x14' and a bathroom. In private suites, there is a common area measuring approximately 8'6"x13', a bathroom and 2 individual bedrooms measuring approximately 10'x11'.

- Maximum bed height is 36” (maximum under-the-bed storage height is 31”)

Every suite in Fairview Suites is furnished with:
- Desk and chair for each student
- Dresser and wardrobe for each student
- Bed for each student with extra-long twin mattress 80” length
- Carpeting in all bedrooms
Internet
Based on direct student feedback, starting Fall 2021 we have partnered with Apogee to provide enhancedWi-Fi (MyResNet) to ensure student success and a high-quality college experience. The wireless network not only helps ensure online course success but allows students to easily connect virtually with family and friends, stream their favorite shows, and much more. The service includes single sign-on technology which allows students to access the Internet using their university credentials. No account creation required and no extra passwords to remember. Every room is equipped with Ethernet and wireless access.
Laundry
Fairview Suites is equipped with a community laundry facility operated by Haven Dollars or quarters.
Additional Features
Fairview Suites offers a number of amenities for residents, including a computer lab, TV lounge, recreation room, exhibition kitchen, dining room, and 24 study lounges.
Access Control
Fairview Suites requires LHU ID card authorization to enter the building and living areas as well as key operated room access
