Who we are

Lock Haven University Duplicating is the University’s print department.

With 3 production machines (two black & white and a digital color copier), a folding machine, and an electric cutting machine, our department can handle all of your printing needs.  Our services provide any size document printed front to back or single sheet, stapled, cut, 3-hole punched, 2-hole punched, or folded. 

Need a book?  Duplicating can do that too!  Choose from a machine bound booklet, folded in half with center staples, or a spiral bound book.  Other duplicating services include:  business cards, manuals, brochures, raffle tickets, programs, theater tickets, newsletters, posters, pamphlets, and flyers.

Duplicating has a wide assortment of paper options.  Color paper (in 8.5x11 only) comes in regular, medium invitation paper, or heavy cardstock.  White paper is in 8.5x11, 8.5x14, or 11x17.  Cardstock is great for manual and book covers as well as posters.

Our Story

We pride ourselves on fast, friendly service and great student support.  Tests and confidential documents are locked up in a filing cabinet that only a supervisor is able to unlock.  (Students do not run tests or confidential documents.)  For most printing, we offer same day service.

Business cards are printed 10 per sheet on perforated cardstock.  Plug in your info to the business card template (which can be sent through electronically through email) and let Duplicating do the rest!  

There are many different ticket options as well.  Tickets are also on perforated paper with stubs.  Depending on the size, color, and quantity, stop by the office to see how we can make your raffles or presentations stress free!

The folding machine with tri-fold, Z-fold, bi-fold, and quad-fold is great for pamphlets, brochures, and letters. 

Duplicating also offers external orders. Printing costs are $0.03 per printed side for black and white print.  Color copies are $0.15 per printed side.

LHU Duplicating does printing jobs for the different departments within the University, as well as the LH community.  From copying documents containing tests, handouts, maps, assignments, manuals, posters—to anything that is needed in large quantities.
