Doors open at 4:30 p.m. – tickets required. 

Guests are limited to four (4) individuals per graduate.

*Because of several, steady weeks of low COVID-19 infections and hospitalizations, we are anticipating traditional seating rather than in pods for the ceremonies.

**Additional guests may wish to view a large screen telecast of the ceremony in the air-conditioned comfort of Price Performance Center. No tickets are required for Price Performance Center; however, seats are available on a first-come basis.

Tickets are required.  Each graduate will be issued four (4) tickets for guests.

Tickets must be picked up prior to the ceremony in the Registrar’s Office (224 Ulmer Hall) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

Tickets will be available after May 1

If more tickets are desired than what is issued, it is the graduate’s responsibility to secure additional tickets from other graduates who may not need their full complement. 

Parking is available anywhere on campus, except where restricted.

Disability Accessible Parking will be available along Campus Drive, and in Akeley Lot 3A. 

Drop off will be in the Thomas Fieldhouse Circle see campus map.

Masks are optional, but encouraged. This policy is subject to change.

Information will be posted on the University’s homepage for individuals unable to attend in person.

Any employee (faculty, staff, or administrator) who has a spouse/partner, child, or grandchild who is participating in Commencement may accompany them on the stage and present them with their diploma cover.
If you would like to participate in this new initiative, please email Kelly Hibbler (khibbler@lockhaven.edu) no later than 12:00 noon on April 12 with the following information: 

• Your name
• The name of your graduate
• Your relationship to the graduate

Kelly will contact you with information regarding special seating.

The University Bookstore hours for the weekend of graduation will be as follows:

Friday, May 13, 2022:  8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 14, 2022: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
