This ceremony will include graduate and undergraduate students. There will not be
a separate graduate ceremony.
There will be no student rehearsals for the ceremony.

Guests are limited to four (4) individuals per graduate.
All Graduate and Undergraduate Students must be seated on the field by 2:45 PM to participate in the ceremony.
Colleges will be in alphabetical order on the field, with the Graduate Students in the front rows of the student section.
University staff will direct/guide graduates throughout the ceremony. We anticipate the ceremony lasting approximately one and a half (1 ½) hours.
Undergraduate Student Seating:
Students will enter the stadium and be seated on the field. Students will be directed
to sit in the appropriate area based on their college. Master’s students will be seated
in the front rows of the student section. There will be university staff to guide
students to the appropriate area for their college’s section.
Graduate Student Seating: Graduate students will enter the stadium and seat themselves. The Graduate Student section will be in the front rows of the student section. There will be university staff to guide graduates to their appropriate area.
Lock Haven University’s Registrar Office (224 Ulmer Hall) will be open 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including lunch, Monday, May 8th through Thursday, May 11th for "all" students (graduate and undergraduate) to pick up their commencement tickets and earned Honors Cords, as well as Military Service Cords.
Clearfield campus students – please read your email.
The Clearfield campus will offer pick up times for tickets: The tickets will be in the Clearfield campus office in Founders Hall starting Monday, May 8th through Thursday May 11th from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Students can pick up their commencement tickets and earned Honors Cords, as well as Military Service Cords. Feel free to call the office at 814-765-0559 with questions.
No parking will be available at Hubert Jack Stadium. Signage and Public Safety personnel will direct you to empty lots. The university will be providing shuttle service to the stadium from the lower campus parking lots prior to the start of the ceremony and immediately following the ceremony. Please allow plenty of time to park and arrive at the commencement site.
Disability parking is available in Lot 16 (see link to map above). A handicap placard or license plate is necessary. Please follow posted signs and directions from Public Safety.
Disability accessible trolleys will transport guests, from Lot 16 only, to the stadium prior to the start of the ceremony and immediately following the ceremony.
Disability seating is available on the field. One guest may accompany the person with the disability on the field.
Tickets are required to enter Hubert Jack Stadium.
Up to four (4) guests per graduate.
Overflow seating is available in Price Performance Center (air conditioned, large screen telecast) no tickets required for Price Performance Center, however seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Children 2 years of age and under will not require a ticket, but need to sit on a lap. No car seats, strollers, etc. Wearable baby packs are allowed, but will be subject to inspection. Children 3 years of age and up require a ticket.
Clear Bag Policy: Be advised that the following items are not approved for entry into Hubert Jack Stadium: Large Purses, Strollers, Coolers, Briefcases, Backpacks, Wrapped Gifts, Diaper Bags, Computer Bags, Luggage of Any Kind, Cinch Bags, Fanny Packs, Camera Bags, Umbrellas. This policy will be enforced. (Please see Clear bag Policy on tab below)

The ceremony will be live-streamed in Price Performance Center (air conditioned, large screen telecast). No tickets required for Price Performance Center, however seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors to Price Performance Center will open at 1:00 PM.
