Thank you for taking the time to visit our LHU Center for Career & Professional Development website. As a brief personal history, I graduated from Bald Eagle-Nittany High School in 1995 & received my bachelor’s degree in Social Work in May 2000 from Lock Haven University. Since there are so many facets to the Social Work field, I have found that I use the skills that I have learned throughout my college career to help others at LHU on a daily basis. I am honored to be called an alumna of the LHU Social Work Program.
After graduation, I began working in the LHU Alumni, Development & Public Relations Offices in May 2000. I have also had experience in working in the Offices of Academic Technology & Graduate Studies as well as Admissions. In January 2016, I began working as a support staff member in the Center for Career & Professional Development. During my time as a student and employee, I have enjoyed learning the various workings within Lock Haven University.
The Center for Career & Professional Development staff members are here to discuss the many aspects of career development and how our office can be a stepping stone to your future. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions that you may have about career development or our website. Good luck in the taking the next step to your future!
