The Lock Haven University Foundation and Lock Haven University Alumni Association recently announced newly-elected volunteer board leadership effective July 1, the start of the 2022-23 fiscal year, with Jennifer Riter '96 becoming the new chair of the LHUF board of directors and Amee Lewis Vance '75 becoming the Alumni Association's new president.
Stan Allen '87

Stan Allen made his first donation to the LHU Foundation in 1996. In 2004, he established the Milton S. "Stan" Allen Football Scholarship, and, since 2011, he has served on the LHU Foundation board of directors. Through it all, Allen says his commitment to helping provide students at The Haven opportunities to excel in their pursuit of a college education remains as strong as ever.

40 Lock Haven University (LHU) and Lock Haven State College (LHSC) Tau Kappa Epsilon (TKE) alumni recently returned to Commonwealth University-Lock Haven’s campus, raising more than $9,000 for the Tau Kappa Epsilon Alumni Scholarship and the TKE “Friends of Finken” fund during their TKE Alumni Reunion event from Aug. 2 to Aug. 4.

40 Lock Haven University (LHU) and Lock Haven State College (LHSC) Tau Kappa Epsilon (TKE) alumni recently returned to Commonwealth University-Lock Haven's campus, raising more than $9,000 for the Tau Kappa Epsilon Alumni Scholarship and the TKE "Friends of Finken" fund during their TKE Alumni Reunion event from Aug. 2 to Aug. 4.

Alyssa Felty '21 & '22

Alyssa Felty, a recent Lock Haven University (LHU) graduate, was recently named director of events at Penn State University (PSU). Felty graduated from LHU in May with a Master of Science in Sport Management after completing her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management in 2021.

Madison Gouge, of Hagerstown, Maryland, has been named the recipient of the Zeta Tau Alpha (ZTA) Zeta Nu Scholarship for the 2022-23 school year. Established in 2018, the Zeta Nu Scholarship is awarded annually to an active sister of the ZTA sorority at Commonwealth University-Lock Haven.
