Alumni News

A group of fraternity and sorority life student-leaders attended the Northeast Greek Leadership Association Conference Feb. 23-26 in Pittsburgh. The Lock Haven delegation was made up of five women from Alpha Sigma Tau, Sigma Sigma Sigma, Sigma Kappa, and Zeta Tau Alpha and three men from Phi Mu Delta, Kappa Delta Rho, and Alpha Sigma Phi.
1989 Lock Haven University graduate, Brad Lloyd, had the experience of a lifetime as a 4-year student-athlete in the Bald Eagles' nationally-ranked wrestling program. More than three decades later, the 2019 LHU Athletics Hall-of-Fame inductee is honored to continue his involvement with Mat-Town USA and the LHU wrestling program as a proud alumnus, fan and philanthropic supporter.

Planned giving at Lock Haven University gives alumni and donors an opportunity to define their LHU legacies by making a significant and long-lasting impact on the programs and teams that matter most to them.
Giving back has always been natural for Jim Berkebile '59, but the pride he feels as a first-generation college graduate, and retired principal of the former Lock Haven Junior High School, makes assisting LHU students on their quest to earn a college degree and achieve their professional goals one of the philanthropic causes he is most passionate about.
