Ashley Conrad, Director of Alumni & Employer engagement (Alumni & Professional Engagement)
Ashley joined the Lock Haven University Foundation in June 2016 as its Development Assistant. She transitioned to the University in September of 2018 and in 2019 was promoted to Alumni Events Manager. In 2022 she held an Interim role as the Director of Alumni & Employer Engagement at Mansfield University. Returning to Lock Haven University in 2023, she now serves as the Director of Alumni & Employer Engagement at The Haven. As Director, she works closely with alumni, coaches, faculty and vendors to plan and execute regional and on-campus events to boost alumni engagement. Ashley received her associates degree in Accounting in 2008. Prior to joining The Haven Family, she spent six years as a financial assistant at Penn State University. Ashley resides in Lock Haven with her husband Justin, two children and their dog Scout.
Melissa Gioglio, Administrative assistant (alumni & professional engagement)
Melissa joined the Lock Haven Alumni & Professional Engagement team in March of 2020 as an administrative assistant. In this role, she works closely with the director to support alumni and events. Melissa earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Education in 1988 and her Masters of Arts in Business Education in 1994. Prior to joining LHU, she spent over 30 years as a computer and business education instructor. Originally from North Dakota, Melissa resides in State College, PA with her husband Tom and they are the proud parents of two daughters, Kalista and Kinley.
