My favorite hobbies, clubs and student organizations: My favorite hobbies, clubs, and student organizations include going to the Student Rec Center and playing volleyball or working out, Radio Club where we have our own radio show, and the Haven Leadership Program that helps you step out of your comfort zone.
What I wish I knew when I was looking for a college:I wish I had known how important the student to professor ratio really was. The smaller class sizes will benefit you overall!
My advice to new students: My advice to new students is if you did not like the person you were in high school, you can be your true self once you get to college because no one knows you. Use that to your advantage!

Fun fact about my major: I was originally a communication major, but decided Psychology was a better fit for me.

What I wish I knew when I was looking for a college: That the choice is really up to me and I need to chose a school that makes me comfortable and happy. Also, look into the counseling centers!
My advice to new students: Take everything day by day and try not to be overwhelmed by the course load.

My advice to new students: Get involved and don’t be shy!! Everyone is starting at the same place as you and want to make friends as well!!

What I wish I knew when I was looking for a college: Look for a college that feels like "home". When you're touring campus, really picture yourself on campus and imagine how it would be as a student and visualize success on campus.
My advice to new students: Trying to decide on a college is super stressful, but we have all been there! At the end of the day, things will work out and we are all here to help you as much as possible!
