Lock Haven University's HOPE Center is co-sponsoring a virtual event with actor, dancer, singer and LGBTQ+ activist Ryan Jamaal Swain on Monday, October 12 at 6:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is required.

Lock Haven University and Kutztown University recently signed an articulation agreement to allow Kutztown psychology students to dual-enroll in graduate-level sport science courses at Lock Haven toward the pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in psychology from KU and a Master of Science in sport science from LHU.
Lock Haven University has announced its plans for the spring 2021 semester; they include a week later start, the continuation of current remote learning environments and limited on-campus residency, as well as the cancellation of spring break.

On Saturday, Oct. 3, Lock Haven University held a dedication ceremony for its new Bald Eagle Statue. The statue will be a focal point in the university's Poorman Commons. It was funded as a gift to the university by alumni from the Class of 1966.
