Senior Leadership Team

 

Lock Haven University’s Senior Leadership team is led by President Michael Fiorentino, Jr. As the president he recruits and appoints senior leadership to develop and implement strategies and initiatives that help drive the overall operation and future of the institution.

Lock Haven University’s vice presidents strive every day to help, support, encourage, and motivate extraordinary people as they do great things on behalf of the students we serve. From strengthening our academic offerings to ensuring our campus is operationally strong, our vice presidents work diligently to create The Haven Advantage.

Provost and Executive Vice President, Dr. Donna Wilson, leads the academic departments and student success initiatives within the institution.  In her role, she develops and implements the institution’s academic plan, manages the accreditation processes, recruitment and retention of faculty, and is influential in recruitment and retention efforts.

Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, Mr. William “Bill” Hanelly, oversees Finance and Administration and leads the operations aspect of the university including facilities, information technology, and fiscal controls. In his role, he develops and implements the planning process to ensure the physical internal operations of the university run smoothly. 

Vice President of University Relations, Mr. Rodney Jenkins, manages the relationships with the external community as well as all internal and external university communications. In his role, he acts as the Chief Spokesman, as well as the liaison to local, state, and federal elected officials.

Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs, Dr. Tyana Lange, leads the recruitment and retention efforts at the University. In her role, she develops and implements an enrollment strategy to attract and retain new and current students, allowing students to achieve their higher educational goals.  

Associate Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Deana Hill, leads all staff training, recruitment and retention efforts. In her role, she implements appropriate strategies to recruit and retain the highest quality and qualified faculty and staff possible.
