Lock Haven University has two distinct campuses in central Pennsylvania
Lock Haven University main campus is located on the West Branch of the Susquehanna River in the scenic mountains of central Pennsylvania, a few minutes off I-80 (exit 178). The historic town of Lock Haven boasts a vital downtown with tree-lined streets and beautiful Victorian homes in a safe and quiet environment. Lock Haven is less than an hour from State College and Williamsport and four hours from New York, Philadelphia, Washington, and Pittsburgh.
LHU Clearfield is located in a small, friendly community situated along the West Branch of the Susquehanna River, between I-80 exits 120 and 123 on route 322. The town of Clearfield sits amid scenic beauty. It boasts a quiet and pleasant downtown and access to many outdoor activities around the area. The Lock Haven Campus is approximately one hour to the east, and is accessible to all Clearfield students for educational, social, cultural, and athletic activities.
