Ashley Koser, Executive Director of Alumni Engagement
Ashley Koser serves as the Executive Director of Alumni Engagement at Lock Haven University. Koser brings over 10 years of experience to her role. Prior to coming to LHU, she served as the Assistant Director of the Susquehanna University Fund. Koser earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a minor in Agricultural Communications from Penn State University. She lives in Lock Haven with her husband, Tyler and son, Clayton.
Katelynn Hanna '10, Director of Annual Giving & Stewardship
Katelynn is the Director of Annual Giving & Stewardship. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the annual fund, stewardship, and phone-athon. She is a 2010 Recreation Management graduate of Lock Haven University and she has worked for the university for more than six years. She lives in Lock Haven with her husband, Eli and their son, Isaiah.
John Vitale '13, Assistant Director of Alumni Communications
John is a proud alumnus of Lock Haven University where he graduated in 2013, summa cum laude, with a bacherlor's degree in Communication Media. As Assistant Director of Alumni Communications, John manages all aspects of the Alumni Office's e-communications, from video production and press release distribution to social media, eblasts, the alumni website and more. Prior to joining Lock Haven University in 2018, he was the Director of Media & Public Relations for Sage Age Strategies, a niche market-growth firm that specializes in senior living marketing. Originally from Queens, NY, John now resides in Williamsport, PA with his wife Alyssa (Class of '14), their two sons Vinny and Leo, and their black lab, Daisy Mae.
Ashley Conrad, Alumni Events Manager
Ashley joined the Lock Haven University Foundation in June 2016 as the Development Assistant. She transitioned to the University in September of 2018 and in 2019 was promoted to her current role of Alumni Events Manager. As the Alumni Events Manger, she works closely with alumni, coaches, faculty and vendors to plan and execute regional and on-campus events aimed at boosting alumni engagement. Ashley received her associates degree in Accounting in 2008. Prior to joining LHU, she spent six years as a financial assistant at Penn State University. Ashley resides in Lock Haven with her husband Justin, two children and their dog Scout.
Jeff Ross '15 & '17, Major Gift Officer
Jeff Ross is a Major Gift Officer at Lock Haven University and is a 2015 and 2017 graduate from LHU with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Administration and a master’s degree in Sport Science. As the Major Gift Officer at LHU Jeff’s job is to work collaboratively with the Deans, the Athletic Director, University Vice Presidents and President on fundraising initiatives that support the vision, mission, and core values of the university while enhancing the Universities donor pipeline through research-driven identification of donors and alumni through major giving.
Paul Wilson, Database Manager & Prospect Researcher
Originally from Sussex County, New Jersey, Paul is familiar with the natural beauty of the mid-Atlantic region and felt right at home after joining Lock Haven University in November of 2019. Prior to joining LHU, he was Compliance Analyst International Financial Group (a Microsoft contractor) in North Dakota. Before that, he learned the ins and outs of fundraising databases while serving as the Donor Database Coordinator at Support Our Aging Religious! A varsity wrestler, in high school with over 60 victories, Paul is thrilled to join the MatTown USA Family and experience top-tier Division 1 wrestling firsthand. He enjoys cheering on LHU’s wrestling squad at home matches. In his spare time, he immerses in a host of competitive and athletic endeavors: most notably long-distance running, soccer, trivia and hiking.
