In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Lock Haven University will waive the SAT/ACT score requirement for prospective students effective immediately.

Medical doctors, optometrists, podiatrists, pharmacists, chiropractors, dentists and veterinarians can all get their start at Lock Haven University via its pre-professional program. The program is one of LHU's lesser-known gems, but young alumni Ryan Koch '16, Landon Allen '17, Alexa Mills '16 and Tiarra Helman '18 want prospective students to know that The Haven is a premier institution for helping students achieve their professional goals.

Earlier this semester, Lock Haven University hosted a Summit On The Mountain event, coordinated largely with the Central Mountain High School Student Government.

As all classes moved to remote instruction this semester, students and faculty alike have had to learn and teach in new ways and navigate an online way of doing things that might not be very familiar or comfortable for them.

Lock Haven University's visual and performing arts department will launch their first online exhibition of graduating seniors' artworks for spring 2020.
